Hello. I am the president of the country’s newest club — the Port Townsend Petanque Alliance in Port Townsend WA, chartered Nov 4th. We play daily– weather permitting– at a local brewpub on a court they put in for us
Our air flight proximity to LV (and your weather) make you an ideal destination for us to come and play. Are you holding the 65 and one younger tourney this year?
We are planning a trip to Las Vegas next month sometime, we have not set the date yet. I would like to know where and when I can meet and play, last year we tried to find where you were playing and even stopped at the County Parks Offices …
Please let me know if your web site is current and the times and days are correct for playing.
Arthur Case, Member of the Eugene International Petanque Club, Eugene, Oregon
Hello,
my name is Xavier Thibaud from New York petanque Club , i am coming with my president Jean-Pierre Subrenat from friday june 6 to monday 10 for a wedding but we though about your club.
We will be happy to visit you and play if possible
Thanks a lot
Xavier
Looking forward to your visit! We just changed to the Summer time schedule and will be playing Sunday at 4pm no matter the temperature along the tennis courts at 1600 North Rampart Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89128.
I was planning on being in town on Aug 14. Was seeing if you guys are still playing and if I should bring my boules with me on the trip. I’m sure a taxi ride is kind of pricey from the strip so making sure people will be there, thanks
Hi Justin. Sure, join us! You don’t need to bring your boules, we have extra. The taxi from the strip is $40 and then Christian, our President, will give you a ride back.
Thanks, I rethought out my arrival time on Weds vs getting up on Thursday morning. Plus it’s my birthday night, not real sure I can make 9 am work. We’ll see. If I’m feeling it I’ll be out, how long do you guys normally play?
Hello. I am semi-retired, and enjoy petanque. My wife plays as well, but does work, so the times of play may be difficult for her. I may be able to make the Tuesday game occasionally. Other than the membership fee, how much of a commitment (frequency of play) is required?
There is no commitment on how often one plays. Come when you are available and feel like playing. We play for fun and decide on the teams on the spot. See you soon!

My name is John Chanthavisay ( Do not feel embarrassed if you mispronounce my last name – just call me John “C” ) – I am from the Seattle area. I saw by way of your website that you also play on Tuesday and Thursday as well….so just checking if somebody might be playing anytime on the dates of December 22 or 23 ? I would like to join in if I could – but if there is not going to be any play due to the preparation towards Christmas…well, I will give a try on another occasion. Please notify me by way of my following e-mail address ” chanth1@juno.com ” for the day and time if someone might be tossing boules on the 22nd or 23rd of December…Thank You.
